  • Commitment & enthusiasm to serve the full weekend
  • Attend one training meeting prior to the weekend
  • Support your Team Leader with any prep required prior to the weekend
  • Attend all your shifts and meetings on time
  • You agree to our Statement of Faith and are an active member of your church

What you get

  • Discounted event ticket (bigger discount for Kids and Youth, Site and Tech teams!)
  • Full access to the event when you’re not on Team duties
  • Free Team REVIVE T-shirt
  • NEW FOR 2025: Free drinks from Neighbourhood Coffee (the Marketplace Cafe!)
  • Lots of fun, the joy of serving and the opportunity to make great friends from across Co-Mission churches!

Kids and Youth Team REVIVE facilitate all the fun and teaching in our Kids and Youth groups. Each tent is overseen by one of the Co-Mission church staff, who’ll be in charge of the programme, teaching and will train you prior to the weekend.

All we ask is that you:

  • have a valid DBS (or we can get you one)
  • a church reference (we will contact your church when you book)
  • attend the training evening on Monday 2nd June in central London
  • are enthusiastic about teaching young people about Jesus!

You’ll be on duty during the morning sessions on Saturday and Sunday, and on Friday evening in the Youth tents.

We transform an empty sports field for REVIVE, and so we need our production and tech Team REVIVE to help the Kids and Youth tents look and sound awesome. Working alongside onsite professionals (Southbys Production), you’ll take responsibility for the sound and visual requirements of the Kids and Youth leaders, and seminar speakers.

Full training will be provided, but you’ll need to have experience running small PA systems.

You’ll be on duty during the morning sessions on Saturday and Sunday, (and on Friday evening if you are in the Youth tents).

You’ll also be on duty during one or both seminar rounds.

The Site Team is vital to keeping the site running smoothly at REVIVE. Your days will be varied, and you’ll work closely with the Co-Mission team to keep the site clean and secure, and to support with setting up venues. You’ll be aware of health & safety, fire and first aid procedures and support the team to keep everyone at REVIVE safe.

You’ll be on duty for approximately 8 hours over the weekend, dependent on need.

The REVIVE Media team captures content throughout the weekend and collaborates with Co-Mission’s creative team on content for the event and future promotions.

You’ll take photos, videos, record stories on social media, and help film the livestream in Big Top sessions. Team members will receive some media training and get a feel for what the weekend is like at a media training via Zoom before REVIVE.

Photographers must bring and be responsible for their own equipment. Duty spans approximately 10 hours across several short shifts, with specific roles assigned to enhance the team’s effort and to tell the story well over the weekend!

Our Stewarding Team welcomes all our attendees into our sessions, helps people to find seats, answers questions and lends a helping hand where needed.

Our stewards are so important to keeping attendees safe, and helping to make sure REVIVE is accessible and welcoming to all in our network. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, confident and willing to wear a hi-vis jacket!

During all your shifts you will be in and able to hear and join in the Big Top and Seminar sessions and you’ll be on duty for approximately 6 x 2 hour shifts over the weekend.

The Cafe Team keeps us going at REVIVE, serving barista quality coffee, drinks and snacks in our Marketplace Cafe. You’ll work with our long-term partners and friends, Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters, and receive full training and support.

We are particularly looking for trained baristas, but volunteering on the Cafe Team is open to everyone!

You’ll be on duty for approximately 8 hours over the weekend, split into two 4 hour shifts.
