BY REGISTERING ONLINE, YOU AGREE TO THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW:
ATTENDANCE To attend the event, you must have a valid ticket and have paid your ticket balance in full.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION Ticket cancellations must be made in writing to revive@co-mission.org. Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made up until the weekend ticket booking deadline (midnight on 27th May 2025). After the weekend ticket bookings close (midnight on 27th May 2025), we cannot offer ticket refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to another person free of charge.
FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY By attending the event, all attendees confirm that they are happy for any audio/video footage & photographs taken during the event to be used to publicise events and Co-Mission. Co-Mission owns the copyright for all such material.
PROGRAMME Co-Mission reserves the right to change any of the speakers and programme details without notice.
DATA & PRIVACY Co-Mission will not provide attendees’ details to third parties other than in accordance with Co-Mission’s legal obligations or directly related to this event. We will only use the personal data that you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://co-mission.org/privacy-statement/) and for use for this event.
LIABILITY Neither Co-Mission nor the Venue accept responsibility for any personal property nor will be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including you) or property however caused (including by Co-Mission or the Venue) in any circumstances, unless due to the negligence of Co-Mission or the Venue.
CHILDREN No child under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend without being accompanied by a parent/guardian.
PETS Guests are not allowed to bring pets on-site, with the exception of registered assistance dogs for people with disabilities. Please contact the Events Office should you need to do so.
WRISTBANDS Wristbands will be issued to all guests upon arrival at the event. It is vital that you wear your wristband at all times whilst at the event. Guests without wristbands will not be granted entry to any venues.
SMOKING All inside venues and accommodation at the event are strictly non-smoking. Smokers over the age of 18 may smoke outside in the designated areas.
DRUGS Co-Mission and REVIVE have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be sent home immediately and may be prevented from coming to future events.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR Co-Mission and The University of Kent reserve the right to terminate a stay without compensation where unreasonable or anti-social behaviour impairs the enjoyment, comfort or health of other Guests. We reserve the right to escort any individual off the site.
WEATHER The event will take place regardless of weather conditions (unless deemed unsafe). We cannot offer refunds for bad weather. We strongly advise that you come dressed appropriately for the weather.
PRODUCTION The event will contain live music, strobe lighting and other live special effects. If these can potentially act as triggers to any type of medical condition, please get in touch with us before attending the event.
FORCE MAJEURE AND/OR CANCELLATION Due to circumstances beyond our control, or control of the Manager of the venue where the event is being held, it is possible but unlikely, that the event could be cancelled. In this circumstance, all persons registering will be refunded the registration fee paid. Any travel or external accommodation costs incurred are entirely the attendee’s responsibility.
