BY REGISTERING ONLINE TO BE A VOLUNTEER ON TEAM REVIVE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THIS VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT.

We are so grateful that you will be serving on the team at REVIVE and we are committed to providing all teams with a supportive environment. We hope that you will find your experience at REVIVE enjoyable and rewarding. In addition, we want to ensure we provide a safe environment for all of the attendees that we will be serving and working with and to clearly set out what we can reasonably expect from your role whilst serving at REVIVE.

YOUR FAITH

It’s so important that those on team agree to Co-Mission’s statement of faith and are an active member of your church.

TEAM ROLE

Your role as a volunteer on Team REVIVE begins on 26th June 2026 and ends on 28th June 2026, but is limited to the ‘shifts’ which you agree with your Team REVIVE Area Lead. While you will not be treated as a Co-Mission volunteer outside of your agreed shifts, volunteering does involve the exercise of spiritual leadership. So, it is important that, as a volunteer, you live in a way that is consistent with following Christ (Eph. 4:1) both when you’re officially volunteering and when you are not. To help this, outside of your agreed shifts, you are encouraged to join your church family and to make the most of the teaching, fellowship and fun that REVIVE offers.

We expect you to perform your role to the best of your ability and to follow our procedures and standards, including health and safety and equal opportunities. We treat all teams and guests onsite in accordance with our equal opportunities policy.

SAFEGUARDING

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility! For Co-Mission, caring for people and keeping them safe at REVIVE is of primary importance. Therefore, we require all Team members to read and comply with the REVIVE Safeguarding Policy and to report any safeguarding concerns or incidents to the REVIVE Safeguarding Lead.

TRAINING

All teams are expected at the training sessions provided. These are such an important time to ensure that you are informed, equipped and ready for REVIVE, including essential training on health and safety as well as safeguarding, where appropriate.

SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT

Your main points of contact during your time on the team over REVIVE 2026 are Sarah Wilmot, Event Manager, and your Team REVIVE Area Lead. You can discuss any problems or complaints you may have and how we can provide you with the support you need to carry out your role. Please also give feedback on any ideas or suggestions to them.

INSURANCE

You will be covered by our standard insurance policies to the extent that you act under our authority and are engaged in authorised activities.

CONFIDENTIALITY

In the course of your time serving on a team, you may have access to confidential information and personal data relating to Co-Mission and REVIVE attendees. We expect you not to use or disclose this information or personal data to any person either during your experience on team with us or at any time afterwards.

WITHDRAWAL

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you want to withdraw from the team so that we can rearrange our team allocations.

This agreement is binding in honour only, and is not intended to be a legally binding contract between us.

Thank you so much. We are looking forward to working together to make REVIVE 2026 a huge success.
