Pray for Becontree Church

Please join with us in praying for Becontree Church, led by Rob Newham…

Thank God for:

  • The conversations that our church family have been having on people’s doorsteps. This has been a real encouragement.
  • Sustaining our Friday kids’ group and the consistent number that come to it. We’re grateful too for the starting up of another kids’ group, Voyagers, in a partner church, and the great number already starting to develop there.
  • Teaching us as a church from the book of Job. We’ve learnt a lot about suffering with patience. Praise God for that.

Pray for:

  • Our family night on 4 April, particularly that families would come and church family would be engaged as well.
  • A church family (a single mum of two boys) who will have to return to Nigeria in May if she is unable to find another job that can sponsor her visa for another two years. Pray that they would continue to find strength in the Lord.
  • The church leaders, whilst coming into a busy time (heading into Easter), to find rest and to be able to keep serving our church family well.
