Please join us in praying for Christ Church Balham, led by Andy Palmer.

Thank God for:

– Our Weekend away in March at Ashburnham Place. It was a great time of fellowship with people from the whole breadth of the church family, and Robin Sydserff taught us from 2 Timothy.

– For numerous baptisms over the last number of months, both adult and children!

– Springboard – our newcomers connect group. Many new people have embedded themselves well into the church family. Both new and mature Christians.

Please pray for:

– That the Lord would grow our evangelistic efforts. That we would be a church that wouldn’t be just content with church growth via sheep transfer, but also through us reaching out and making converts!

– Our upcoming mission week and holiday bible club in August. We are so excited to partner with a church in the US who wants to partner with us in mission. They are going to send a team of young people over to help us run the mission week/holiday bible club. Pray for them as they travel/prepare and that we would reach local people with the message of Christ!

– The senior Pastor Andy and the whole staff team, as it goes through staffing changes. Exciting times ahead, but change can be stressful.

– Pray for the Eldership, that they would continue to oversee CCB in godliness and wisdom. Pray that the staff team would be united and would work well together for the glory of Christ!
