Please join us in praying for New Life Church Battersea, led by Tom Dowding.

– Give thanks for men in the congregation who’ve taken it upon themselves to start a men’s group together. Please pray they’d encourage and disciple each other well!

– Give thanks for August weddings – Raekwon and Ina, and Milly and Rohan. And please pray for their life serving Christ together!

– Pastor Ezra is running ‘Operation Forgiveness’ alongside London City Mission in our neighbouring primary school – aimed at speaking into knife crime among young people with a Gospel angle. Please pray the Lord would use it to keep young people from violence, to deepen church relationships with the school, and to draw boys and girls to Christ.

– Please pray for our missional communities (midweek groups). Our prayerful hope is for each group to multiply into 2 groups by September 2027, through discipling and being on mission together. Pray we’d reach Battersea for Christ!

– Please pray for 6 younger ‘leaders in training’ starting an in-house group this year; that Curt, Hannah, Jovana, Mike, Daniel and Luke would be equipped for a lifetime of serving the Lord and his people

– Please pray for a few who seem ‘not far from the kingdom’ – or potentially newly born again. C, D, I, Z, A, and A- that they’d all show themselves to be soundly saved and bearing fruit for Christ!
